This beautiful couple had been together for many years before they finally decided to tie the knot in this Terrace Gardens wedding. From start to finish this bride and groom put an incredible amount of energy into the details of their big day. They settled on Terrace Gardens Event Center in Ken Caryl as the perfect venue for their wedding and reception.
This couple decided to do their first look at a nearby hotel where they had been getting ready with close friends and family. Afterwards, a limousine brought everyone over to South Valley Park for outdoor formal wedding photos. The April sun was beating down on the rocks and fields, and blue skies served as the perfect backdrop.
Once everyone arrived at Terrace Gardens time flew by as they had an elegant outdoor ceremony, followed by a wild reception where guests danced the night away! This Terrace Gardens wedding was a perfect celebration of this happy bride and groom with all of their family and friends.
Here is a unique feature, all photos in black and white, from a classic Red Rocks wedding. When Olivia and Joe came to us for their first meeting, they came with a wedding inspiration book filled black and white photographs. She loved the timelessness captured in her vintage photos, and we were excited to go in this elegant and beautiful direction.
This German bride took a unique and European approach for her wedding day. She found her wedding dress in Germany: a refined, pale pink dress with pink sparkling studded stiletto sandals. Amidst her curled up-do she wore a feather fascinator which completed her bridal look.
For their wedding they chose The Chapel at Red Rocks, in Red Rocks Park. This chapel shows the beautiful Red Rocks through the vast glass windows, and provides easy access to the park for dramatic formal wedding pictures. We had an amazing time with the bride and groom, and loved capturing the happy couple on their Red Rocks wedding day. They had an intimate reception at The Fort, just down the road in Morrison, Colorado. We were able to capture a few details of their celebration before leaving them alone to enjoy their time with close family and friends.
We are happy to share these inspired black and white photos taken from this beautiful Red Rocks Wedding.
Here is a beautiful March wedding with both their ceremony and reception at The Pines at Genesse! We first got to know this couple during their engagement session where they teased that they weren’t capable of holding themselves back from kissing! This continued on their wedding day which made for such sweet moments. This couple couldn’t wait to see each other on their wedding day and agreed on a ‘first look’, which was one powerful and emotional moment. Their celebration went late into the night, being with friends and family, and sharing their love and their new marriage to one another! Congratulations to both of them.

2012 brought weddings from downtown Denver celebrations, to mountain gatherings near aspens and pine trees! We had brides and groom’s who had been planning for years, to one couple who had been planning for only two days! We photographed couple’s who have been long distance for years; their wedding day being one of their first real days together in ages. Other couples were natives to other states who flew in to be married in the beautiful state of Colorado! We travelled from churches to reception halls, to parks, the top of mountains, and more! Each couple brought something new. Brides did all different things, some wore their mother’s wedding gowns, others found vintage 1940’s style dresses to wear with their sailor themed weddings. All of the weddings were celebrations of commitment, love, and hope for the future!
From snowfall evenings, to bright mornings; hot summer nights, to perfect fall afternoons 2012 was a wonderful, busy, and FULL year! We couldn’t be more excited to see what 2013 brings! Thanks to all the brides, grooms, and families who made 2012 so great!
For this couple, Boettcher mansion was the perfect fit for the relaxed, elegant celebration of their fall wedding! The couple’s first moment of seeing each other as she came down the aisle, was one of our favorite moments from the day! We love these photos, and are very excited to share them with all of you!
Sabrina and Dale had a September golf course wedding in Golden, Colorado! These two started their day at Table Mountain Inn where they shared their first look and then took a limo over to Fossil Trace Golf Course to say their vows. There they celebrated with their friends and family.
Sabrina and Dale are a fun couple, and in many ways non-traditional. Their relaxed attitude brought forth some of the most beautiful wedding photos!
This was the most beautiful Red Rocks Trading Post wedding in late September. The couple said their vows among the gigantic rocks at Red Rocks, and then moved their celebration to Olde Town Arvada. We stopped with them to snap a few photos along the train tracks before heading to their reception at the Silver Vines Winery.
Their wedding was so much fun and we loved having so much time with the bride and groom!
We wanted to showcase two of our summer weddings at The Pines at Genesse!
Sara and Dan got married on an early June evening, while Danika and Nick got married midday in July! One thing we could say about each couple is they were both fun, very much in love, and truly enjoyed their wedding day!
From soft and elegant, to colorful and bright: we think these weddings have different elements to love! The Pines at Genesse has tall green pines, gorgeous meadows, and simple aspens that provide our backdrops, while each bride adds personal flair which makes the place and photographs their own.
